Dr. Alldredge is Board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Facial, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Amercian Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Louisiana State Medical Society and Lafayette Parish Medical Society. Dr. Alldredge has been honored as one of the Best Doctors in America and has been named in the National Registry of Who’s Who and Strathmore’s Who’s Who.
Education
Dr. Alldredge earned his B. S. in Pre-Medicine at Washington and Lee University and his MD at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his internship in general surgery Charity Hospital (Tulane Division) and his residency in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery, at Tulane University School of Medicine. He was a major in the U.S. Army Medical Corps in Fort Gordon, Georgia. Dr. Alldredge serves as clinical assistant professor in the Departmnent of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery at both the Tulane and LSU School of Medicine, and is on the teaching staff at University Medical Center.
