A native of Binghamton, NY, Dr. David received her B.S. from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, where she was on the Deans List, and her MD from LSU Medical School in New Orleans. She completed her general surgery internship and otolaryngology residency at LSU, where she was named Outstanding Intern by the Aesculapian Society. She was a research associate at Tulane University School of Medicine and has contributed to numerous research papers and publications. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, American College of Surgeons, American Medical Association, Louisiana Medical Society and the Lafayette Parish Medical Society. She also serves on the board of the Junior League of Lafayette.
Dr. David is one of Lafayette Surgical Specialty Hospital's Physician Owners.
