C. BARRETT ALLDREDGE, MD - Dr. Alldredge earned his B. S. in Pre-Medicine at Washington and Lee University and his MD at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his internship in general surgery Charity Hospital (Tulane Division) and his residency in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery, at Tulane University School of Medicine. He was a major in the U.S. Army Medical Corps in Fort Gordon, Georgia. Dr. Alldredge serves as clinical assistant professor in the Departmnent of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery at both the Tulane and LSU School of Medicine, and is on the teaching staff at University Medical Center. He is Board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Facial, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Amercian Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Louisiana State Medical Society and Lafayette Parish Medical Society. Dr. Alldredge has been honored as one of the Best Doctors in America and has been named in the National Registry of Who’s Who and Strathmore’s Who’s Who.
JOHN ALLDREDGE, MD - Dr. John Alldredge, a Louisiana native, was raised in Lafayette, and attended high school at the Episcopal School of Acadiana. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama where he received his B.S. in Biology, while graduating Magna Cum Laude. There, he was a member of multiple national honor societies including Golden Key National Honor Society, Gamma Beta Phi, Phi Kappa Phi, Elliot Society, as well as the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He completed medical school at LSU School of Medicine-New Orleans, where he was elected a member of Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society. He completed his internship and general surgery training at LSU Health Sciences Center-New Orleans. He then completed his Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (Ear, Nose, and Throat) residency at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. After residency, he pursued specialized fellowship training in the treatment and management of sinus and nasal disorders at the Sinus and Nasal Institute of Florida in St. Petersburg where he completed his Rhinology and Sinus Surgery fellowship. While he does practice comprehensive pediatric and adult ENT, he is quite distinguished as being one of the few fellowship trained sinus specialists in the entire state. Throughout his training he has contributed to and authored several publications and book chapters. Dr. Alldredge is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners, and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, American Rhinologic Society, American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, Louisiana State Medical Society, and Lafayette Parish Medical Society.
ROBIN J. BARRY, MD - Dr. Barry earned his MD at Louisiana State University Medical Center. He completed his internship at Charity Hospital in Lafayette, his residency at Carraway Methodist Hospital in Birmingham, AL, and pursued a specialty in Otolaryngology at Charity Hospital and Veterans Administration Hospital, both in New Orleans, and the Eye and Ear Institiute of Louisiana. He is board certified in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery. He serves as Clinical Associate Professor of Otolaryngology at LSU Medical Center in New Orleans and Assistant Director of Residency Training, Otolaryngology Division, at University Medical Center in Lafayette. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
STEVE V. BUTAUD, MD, FACS - Dr. Butaud received his B. S. from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and his MD from LSU Medical School in New Orleans. He completed his internship and residency in Otolaryngology at Brooke Army Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas. He served as Assistant Chief and Chief of Otolaryngology at the US Army Regional Medical Center in Frankfurt, West Germany. He also served as Chief of Otolaryngology at Fort Carson, Colorado until leaving military service as a Lt. Colonel to set up private practice in Lafayette. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, member of the Louisiana State Board of Otolaryngology, Louisiana State Medical Society and Lafayette Parish Medical Society. He is a clinical instructor in the Department of Otolaryngology & Biocommunications at LSU Medical School.
LISA B. DAVID, MD - A native of Binghamton, NY, Dr. David received her B.S. from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, where she was on the Deans List, and her MD from LSU Medical School in New Orleans. She completed her general surgery internship and otolaryngology residency at LSU, where she was named Outstanding Intern by the Aesculapian Society. She was a research associate at Tulane University School of Medicine and has contributed to numerous research papers and publications. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, American College of Surgeons, American Medical Association, Louisiana Medical Society and the Lafayette Parish Medical Society. She also serves on the board of the Junior League of Lafayette.
J. KEVIN DUPLECHAIN, MD, FACS - A native of Port Barre, Dr. Duplechain earned a degree in Biochemistry, Magna Cum Laude, from Louisiana State University. He attended LSU Medical Center in New Orleans and obtained his medical degree in 1985. He completed two years of general surgical training at Ochsner Medical Foundation and four years of training in Head & Neck Surgery at Tulane University Medical Center. He served as Chief Resident at Charity Hospital in New Orleans in 1990 and 1991. Dr. Duplechain is Board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Diplomate of the American Head and Neck Society, and a member of the Louisiana State Medical Society. He is a clinical instructor in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery at both Tulane University Medical Center and University Medical Center. Dr. Duplechain has also been recognized by his peers as one of the Best Doctors in America on three occasions.
DAVID J. FOREMAN, MD ~ Dr. Foreman received his B.S., Cum Laude, in Biology from Tulane University, where he was a member of the Biology Honor Society, President of Kappa Sigma fraternity and a member of the Inter-Fraternity Council. He received his MD from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed his residency in Otolaryngology and his surgical residency at LSU Medical Center in New Orleans. He is board certified and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the Lafayette Parish Medical Society and is a clinical professor at LSU. He has coached numerous youth sports, most recently as head coach of a state champion, nationally recognized, premier soccer team.
DENBO H. MONTGOMERY, MD, FACS - Born in Jefferson Parish, Dr. Montgomery earned his B.S. in biology at the University of Southwestern Louisiana, where he was a member of Phi Kappa Phi and the Blue Key Honor Society. He received his MD from Tulane University School of Medicine, and completed his residency in Otolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery at Tulane. He serves as a clinical instructor in the Department of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery at LSU Medical School, a position he also holds at Tulane. He has also served as Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Audiology, Arizona School of Health Sciences. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngolgy/Head & Neck Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy and American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Louisiana State Medical Society and the Lafayette Parish Medical Society.
PHILLIP E. NOEL, MD - A native of Abbeville, Dr. Noel received his B.S. from UL Lafayette and his MD from the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans with his internship and residency training at Tulane University School of Medicine, as well as a fellowship in hearing research at the Kresge/LSU Hearing Research Lab. Dr. Noel is board certified in sleep medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, the American Medical Association, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the Lafayette Parish Medical Society and the Vermilion Parish Medical Society.
ROBERT F. TARPY, MD, FACS - Dr. Tarpy earned his B. S. in biology from Loyola University and his MD at LSU Medical School, both in New Orleans. He completed his Ear, Nose & Throat residency at the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Teaching appointments include the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat at LSU Medical School in New Orleans, and the Surgery Department at University Medical Center in Lafayette. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Rhinologic Society, American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, Council of Otolaryngology and Southern Medical Association.
