If I could talk to each and every one of your prospective patients, I'd tell them the whole story of my stay at your hospital: The nurse, named Leslie, who stayed with me till I couldn't remember what the devil I was doing because of the drugs. She kept me laughing and calm. The incredible hero of an anethesiologist who met me before surgery, promised he would stay with me through the whole ordeal, and kept that promise. Your staff, who kept my family informed every step of the way, something that had NOT happened 10 days earlier at one of the city's better known, and larger hospitals. We were just floored by how well we were treated. THEN, we got a call from a member of the staff asking how I was doing a couple of days after the surgery.
