Orthopedics   LOUIS C. BLANDA, JR., MD - A native of New Orleans, Dr. Blanda graduated from Tulane University and was awarded his MD from LSU School of Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the Lafayette Parish Medical Society and the Acadiana Orthopaedic Asociation. JOHN R. BUDDEN, MD - A native of Oceanside, CA, Dr. Budden received his B.S. and M.S. from LSU and his MD from LSU Medical Center. He completed his internship and residency training at Ochsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans. He is a member of the Louisiana State Medical Society, the Southern Orthopedic Society and the American Orthopaedic Society. JOHN E. COBB, MD - A native of New Iberia, Dr. Cobb attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana (UL Lafayette), University of Texas, Lamar University and was awarded his MD from the LSU School of Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Board of Spine Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the Lafayette Parish Medical Society and the Acadiana Orthopaedic Association. BARRY J. HENRY, MD - Dr. Henry attended the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. He received his B.S. in zoology from LSU and his MD from LSU Medical Center, where he was president of both his freshman and sophomore classes. He completed post-graduate training at Texas Tech University Health Science Center and his residency at University Medical Center in Lubbock, TX. He received numerous academic and athletic honors during his undergraduate and medical school training. MULDOWNY, MD - A native of Knoxville, TN, Dr. Muldowny is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, was awarded his MD from Baylor College of Medicine and pursued post graduate studies at Tulane University School of Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Board of Spine Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the Lafayette Parish Medical Society and the Acadiana Orthopaedic Association. MALCOLM STUBBS, MD - A native of Pride, LA, Dr. Stubbs earned his BS in zoology from LSU and his MD from LSU Medical School, where he completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery. He received a Fellowship from the Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center and was staff orthopaedic surgeon in the U. S. Air Force, stationed at Keesler AFB in Mississippi. He served as Chief Resident in orthopaedic surgery at LSU and received the Harry Morris Award for best resident research from the Louisiana Orthopaedic Association. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopeadic Surgery and is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Assocation of North America, Louisiana Orthopaedic Society, Louisiana State Medical Society, Acadiana Orthopaedic Society and Lafayette Parilsh Medical Society.
