Urology   THAD A. BOURQUE, MD - A native of Lake Charles, Dr. Bourque received his B.S. from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and his MD, with honors, from the LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport. He completed his internship and residency training at the LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the Louisiana State Medical Society and the Lafayette Parish Medical Society. CHRISTOPHER P. FONTENOT, MD, FACS - A native of Opelousas, Dr. Fontenot earned his B. S. in microbiology at LSU, where he was on the Dean's List and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his MD at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his internship at Charity Hospital and his residency at Ochsner, both in New Orleans. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology and National Board of Medical Examiners, and is licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. He is a member of the American Urological Association, American College of Surgeons, Louisiana State Urological Society, American Association of Clinical Urologists, Louisiana State Medical Society and Lafayette Parish Medical Society. He is the recipient of numerous professional honors and was named one of America's Top Physicians in 2003. JEFFREY J. THIBODEAUX, MD - A native of Thibodaux, Dr. Thibodeaux received his B.S., Magna Cum Laude, from Nicholls State University. He received his MD, with honors, from the LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport, where he also completed his residency training.
